Shop Policies

Returns/Refunds: We don't accept returns for sanitation reasons. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send us an email at and we can offer shop credit. 

Broken or damaged products: Send us a message and picture of your product, we would be happy to listen to your concerns and help you out!

Wrong Shipping Information/Delivered, But Not Delivered: If you provide us with the wrong information and we ship the package, it isn't our responsibility to ship a replacement package to the correct address or refund the order that was sent to the wrong address. If your package is marked as delivered, but you haven't received it, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages and will not send a replacement. 

Shipping Times: We try to get everything out ASAP. Currently, there are only two people packaging and shipping orders. We are both in college, so please wait at least 7-10 business days before inquiring about tracking information. We are not Amazon, so please be patient and understanding.
